Un an après sa mise en place, le comité d’orientation stratégique des éco-industries (Cosei) est en phase avec ses objectifs. Les six actions prioritaires, annoncées en décembre 2008, sont engagées.
La première tranche des appels à projets, pour un montant de 10 millions d’euros, est finalisée. En revanche, les membres du Cosei, dressant un bilan des actions engagées dans les pôles de compétitivité, ont remarqué des redondances, et des manques. « Ainsi, de nouveaux pôles de compétitivité sur la thématique de l’eau et des éco-technologies seront créés. Et pour les thématiques réparties sur plusieurs pôles, à l’instar du bâtiment, une tête de réseau sera désignée pour coordonner les différentes actions », détaille Chantal Jouanno, secrétaire d’Etat chargée de l’Ecologie. Autre tâche pour le Cosei : « devenir une structure opérationnelle. Les membres du comité vont nous faire des propositions en ce sens fin septembre », annonce Christian Estrosi, ministre de l’Industrie.
Par ailleurs, la liste des 50 projets retenus dans la première tranche des appels à projets porte principalement sur des thématiques de traitement des pollutions : dépollution des sols et des nappes phréatiques, recyclage, traitement des eaux et valorisation. Pour le second appel à projet, Chantal Jouanno souhaite qu’il porte plus sur la prévention des pollutions que sur leur traitement.
